An Open Letter to All Americans

If you are like me, you are probably tired of hearing about how the Left or Right or Red or Blue is wrong, or right! Along with most Americans, I have experienced that it is hard to have a discussion with many people about the direction of the United States because of the absolute harsh position of being on the Red or Blue side. This from some of my closest friends and colleagues. Really?

I beg of you all to take a deep breath, step back and think about the fact that if you were trying to destroy America, creating this split and absolute fight between our own people would be a very, very good strategy. Who or what is the opponent here? Is fighting with each other really created change in our country for the last 20 years? Think about it! Isn’t it time for all of us to put the Egos aside, and take the first steps toward restoring our country to the powerful, innovative, international leader of how to prosper as a nation? Do we need to clear up what UNITED means?

Take a look at who benefits the most if we are not a UNITED STATES? I have a stable direction learned from my Grandfather (True Blue, Old School Democrat) and father (Red blooded Republican) when researching something that is not logical, “Follow the Money”. Who benefits? Do the research and you will find a nation, a corporation/pharmaceutical or a powerful individual influence who benefits.

Disagreeing is part of our culture, and creates healthy debates. What is the defined result of a debate: Both sides can evaluate the arguments and then make a decision that would be the greatest good for the nation, taking into account all the researched facts presented by both sides of the debate. The key is facts, not general opinions with no research behind them. There is a prerequisite for a debate, that we as a nation have forgotten: a healthy debate requires that both sides have thoroughly researched the topic, are willing to “look at the facts” and based on these facts, change their point of view. We seem to have lost the ability to actually look! We seem to have lost our ability to change our mind if we get new information. isn’t there a possibility that we may actually agree on some points of the research? Note: Nations unwilling to research solutions, look at the facts & make changes, continue to lose and may eventually collapse. Do we need examples?

Reality is that we are all Americans! The greatest leaders in our history remembered that and held that as the stable influence for their decisions, which were made with the Stars AND Stripes, Red, White AND Blue in mind! WHEN AMERICANS UNITE TOGETHER, WE ACCOMPLISH THE IMPOSSIBLE, OVER AND OVER AGAIN AS PROVEN IN HISTORY. (Do I need to list out the Miracles here or can we agree on this?) So, I would ask you again, who or what group would benefit the most from a United States in conflict and NOT united.

I invite you all to take a moment to reflect on the points above and then take the following actions:

1. Send this letter on to someone you may have been fighting with or disagreeing with. 2. Work to get into REAL communication with your fellow Americans! 3. Restore the basic agreement that we are a UNITED STATES! 4. Do some research and find some actual facts on who benefits from an Un-United States.
